Surgery Add-Ons

Corneal Cross-Linking (CXL)

This procedure helps to prevent vision regression and post-surgery complications (keratoconus and corneal ectasia) by making the collagen bonds in the cornea stronger. Cross-linking is done during the surgery in two steps. Firstly, riboflavin is applied to the stromal layer of the cornea. Then it is activated with UV-A lights. Mandatory for patients with high prescriptions and thin corneas.

Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) Eye Drops

PRP Eye Drops aid the recovery of the cornea post-surgery.

S-PRP Eye Drops

A new medical technology that helps to treat dry eye syndrome, keratitis, conjunctivitis, and helps to recover after laser eye surgery.

  • The epithelial regeneration factor strongly promotes the wound healing response, thereby speeding up corneal epithelial recovery

  • Reduces post-operative pain due to anti-inflammatory action

  • Normal vision is quickly restored by promoting regeneration of the corneal epithelium

  • Helps to prevent corneal opacity and degeneration

Healon Eye Drops

  • Higher viscosity than artificial tears and helps with post-surgery dryness

  • Helps with tissue regeneration and wound healing

Dry Eye Compress

Dry eye compress helps to relax the muscles near the eye area, melt down the oil in glands that are located in the eyelids and helps to reduce the evaporation of tears.

Punctal Plugs

Punctal plugs are effective for 3-4 months and dissolve independently without removing them. Recommended for:

  • Patients who work in a dry environment

  • Patients that use screens for long periods

  • Patients who are not good at applying eye drops

  • Patients who experience dry eye syndrome

Intense Pulse Light (IPL) Therapy

Lumenis - the only IPL FDA-approved for managing dry eye disease due to Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD). Helps to:

  • Reduce inflammatory mediators

  • Improve tear breakup time

  • Alleviate abnormal blood vessels

  • Restore meibomian glands

  • Decrease Demodex

Meibomian Gland Expression

A meibomian gland expression can help unclog the oil glands and improve tear film stability.

Omega Spray

Nano spray is used to clean up the residue from makeup, yellow dust, and fine dust. Omega molecules deeply penetrate the skin.

LED Calming Mask

LED lights help to improve skin regeneration, calm the skin, and disinfect it.

Neck Massage

A neck massage helps to relax the tension in neck muscles after the surgery and promotes blood circulation to the eye area.

Instructions before and after the surgery
